Services Offered

Mehshan Interior provides interior design, 3D visualisation, space planning, custom furniture, and turnkey fit-out services for residential and commercial spaces across Pakistan. The scope of any project — including deliverables, timelines, and costs — will be defined in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your project smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your space, budget, and requirements.
• Grant reasonable access to the site during agreed working hours.
• Respond to design approvals, revisions, and queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure any third-party contractors or vendors you engage coordinate with our team.
• Secure any necessary permissions, permits, or society approvals required for the project.

Delays caused by incomplete information, unresponsive approvals, or site-access restrictions may affect the project timeline.

Quotations & Payments

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Project costs are typically structured in milestones — for example, an advance payment to commence work, progress payments at agreed stages, and a final payment on handover.

• Payments must be made according to the schedule in your signed agreement.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Material price fluctuations beyond our control may require a revised quotation.
• Late payments may pause work and delay the agreed completion date.

Design Approvals & Revisions

Every project includes a defined number of design revision rounds, as stated in your proposal. Once a design is approved in writing, any subsequent changes may be treated as additional scope and billed accordingly. Client-approved drawings and specifications are considered final for the purposes of execution.

Timelines & Delivery

We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines. However, delivery dates may be affected by factors outside our control — including supplier delays, custom fabrication lead times, weather, site access, or client-requested changes. We will always communicate any delay promptly and adjust the schedule accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, material boards, and documentation produced by Mehshan Interior remain our intellectual property until full and final payment has been received. Upon payment, the client receives the right to use the designs for the specific project they were created for. Reproduction, resale, or use of our designs for other projects is not permitted without written consent.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a client cancels a project after the agreement is signed, the advance payment and any amounts already spent on design, materials, or fabrication are non-refundable. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Any unused balance, less incurred costs, will be settled within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty & Post-Handover

We stand behind our workmanship. Any defects arising from our execution will be addressed within 30 days of handover, subject to a written request. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, misuse, or issues with client-supplied materials. Warranty terms for third-party products (furniture, fittings, hardware) are governed by the respective manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in delivering our services, Mehshan Interior is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of income, use, or opportunity — arising from project delays, third-party product failures, or unforeseen site conditions. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information shared during the project — including personal details, site plans, financial information, and internal documents — confidential. We will not share your personal or project information with third parties except as necessary to deliver your project or as required by law.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, suppliers, or resources. These are provided for convenience only. Mehshan Interior does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

Mehshan Interior reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
